Below, please find instructions on activating your Navan account and booking travel.
When you are invited to Navan, you will receive a welcome email like the one below. Select Activate Account to begin booking travel.
You will be directed to Create your account. Please enter your name, desired password, and select Create account.
On the next page, select Get started.
On the Welcome to Navan page, first follow the prompts to add your traveler info and loyalty programs.
Once you have completed adding your travel info, select Search travel.
On the booking page, you will find options for booking flights, hotels, trains and rental cars. This page functions similarly to all travel booking flights. Simply enter the details of the travel you would like to book and then select Search.
On the travel results page you will be shown what the policy for the travel you're booking is and the shield icon denotes which travel is out of policy, either for price or cabin level.
Once you have selected your travel and proceed to check out, add your information as it is prompted. When you reach the payment section, you will have two options: you may use the company card on file that is associated with your team or you may choose to Add a payment method and use your own credit card to book and then submit for reimbursement within Ramp.
