How to Request an Update
Reach out to your student's House Advisor or School Director and include:
Your full name and your student's full name
The email address or phone number Sora currently has on file for you
Your new email address or phone number
If you have more than one student at Sora, list each of them so your information is updated everywhere.
Updating Other Information
Some of your family's information can be updated on your own from the Settings page in Sora Home:
Your mailing address
Your student's emergency contact
Your student's recovery email (for resetting their Sora Google password)
Your student's media release consent
