Setting Up Automatic Payments
Here is a quick video to assist with setting up automatic payments.
Form 1098-T
Form 1098-T is only applicable to post-secondary institutions, and as a middle and secondary school, we’re unfortunately not eligible to issue this form.
Re-enrollment
We’ll share more details about re-enrollment as we get closer to December-January.
At Sora, every family receives an updated annual tuition agreement, which is considered best practice for tuition management.
This ensures clarity, since tuition rates, need-based tuition grants, discounts, payment options, and installment schedules may change from year to year.
All families—whether paying full tuition or participating in the Flexible Tuition Program—will receive a tuition agreement.
Clarity 101
You will find that Clarity offers a streamlined and user-friendly Flexible Tuition application process that can take as few as twenty minutes to complete. It is mobile-friendly, so you can complete your application on your phone or tablet!
We invite you to review these FAQs to learn more about Clarity! You can also utilize the Clarity Application Quick Reference Guide & the longer Family Application Guide.
Applying for Flexible Tuition
Applying on Clarity
Please create an account with our partner Clarity, and be sure to indicate you are a Returning Family when prompted.
Please have your latest tax returns for reference as you fill out your application.
After completing the application, you will be notified via email of any supplemental documents that you will need to upload.
Important Information about Flexible Tuition
If you are an international applicant family or did not file US taxes last year, you will be able to indicate that on the application form.
Current families participating in the Flexible Tuition Program can generally expect their funding to remain at a similar level each year, or see a slight increase, provided their financial circumstances stay the same.
If the current financial situation for a family changes, the amount of the grant may be adjusted accordingly.
Families are also welcome to use non-need-based tuition assistance like state-specific ESAs (We currently are affiliated with AZ, WV, UT, and NH).
We also offer a 10% discount for parents/guardians who are current or prior military, educators, and healthcare workers.
If you have questions regarding the Flexible Tuition re-application process, please feel free to contact Lexa Watroba, Director of Admissions, at [email protected].
